Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the property knowledge you provide and for the legality of using AI to communicate with your guests in your jurisdiction. You should review AI responses, especially when policies, pricing, or commitments are involved.
Our responsibilities
We will operate the platform with reasonable care, secure your data, and communicate openly about changes, incidents, and roadmap. Beta partners receive direct support during onboarding.
Acceptable use
Don't use HotelBase to deceive guests, send spam, or violate applicable laws. Don't attempt to extract other operators' data. Use it the way good hospitality businesses already operate.
Pricing
Pricing is agreed with each beta partner in writing before any work begins, and no charges are applied without that agreement. Any change to your pricing will be communicated before it takes effect. You can leave the beta at any time.
Liability
During the beta, our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us, which is typically zero. We're not liable for indirect damages. Please use good judgment when relying on automated systems for high-stakes decisions.
